This little text gives a lot for its price. The Flying Dragon is a basic to intermediate form and one of Shaolin Kung Fu's many hand sets. It also happens to be a favorite of the author. It is a well-constructed, very clean set mixing powerful moves with some dragon form actions. What makes this book different is that, besides giving the Flying Dragon form Liu gives the two forms which shoud preceed it in Shaolin boxing, namely the Five Elements Fist and the Tan Tui.
